The present terms and conditions (this "Agreement" or "Terms") is a legal agreement between you and QM Advisory Services, Inc. (hereinafter "QM Advisory"), a company duly organized and validly existing, located at 1489 E Galien Buchanan Rd, Buchanan, Michigan 49107. This Agreement annuls and voids all previous agreements.

You herein agree not to display and/ or use in any manner the QM Advisory Services, Inc. logo or marks without obtaining QM Advisory Services, Inc.'s prior written consent.
